La Petite École is a spacious long term rentals property in South France, located in the former school building of the village of Roujan. The property was constructed in 1935 and operated as the local school for over 80 years. The property has recently been refurbished and comes with 3 en suite bedrooms, a spacious open plan living room  and kitchen and a sunny terrace at the front The property is located in the wine producing village of Roujan in the Languedoc region of Southern France. Roujan is surrounded by vineyards in all directions and close-by you have the excellent Faugeres, Saint Chinian and Picpoul de Pinet vineyards. In the village there are a couple of restaurants, shops, boulangeries, 2 popular bars and a large supermarket. The beautiful town of Pezenas is just down the road and the Mediterranean beaches are a short drive away. La Petite École is available for monthly rentals between October to April from €800 per month + bills. Minimum stay is 3 months.
