The famous wine towns of Bergerac and Saint-Émilion are both 45 mins away and Bordeaux is 70kms. The house takes its name from an inscription engraved in the stone dating from 1860. The house comes with parking and a large south-facing terrace with lovely views over the surrounding vineyards. The house has been finished to a very high standard and can be rented between October to May from €1500 per month + bills. The minimum stay is normally 3 months. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement
