Formerly known as DCT Developments Ltd, we re-branded as Consensus Property in February 2013 to reflect our focus on a “consensual” development style. Since then, the company has achieved planning on part of its Newmillerdam site for the erection of 40 executive homes and is currently JV developer with Thompson Visinoni LLP of a 67 unit scheme in central Altrincham. Consensus is a family run, property rental and property development company. We are open to new opportunities and partners in all sectors.
