This virtual tour showcases the London South Bank University Exhibition Space, highlighting a flexible, technology-driven environment designed to support presentations, events, teaching, and hybrid engagement. The space features a centrally positioned lectern with integrated AV and control, supported by repeater displays to ensure clear visibility of content from all areas of the room. A high-performance projection system delivers large-format visuals for talks, demonstrations, and exhibitions, complemented by a professionally designed audio system providing consistent speech reinforcement throughout the space. At the core of the solution is a modern AV-over-IP (AVoIP) architecture, enabling flexible routing, distribution, and scaling of video and audio sources across displays and projection surfaces. This approach supports future expansion, simplified system management, and seamless integration with existing university IT infrastructure. The virtual tour demonstrates the art of the possible, allowing stakeholders to explore sightlines, technology placement, and user interaction within the space. It provides a clear understanding of how the AV solution enhances usability, accessibility, and engagement for a wide range of exhibition and presentation scenarios.
