All our accommodation boast breath-taking views of the Vallespir and down to the Mediterranean sea. La Taillede is an eco farm and our aim is to become as self sufficient as we can in food and energy for heating. We have a lot of animals (Cameroon sheep, 2 donkeys, 2 pigs, chickens, dogs and cats), a large organic vegetable garden, a workshop and a saw yard. We provide all our own wood from our forest for the building & renovation, and the off-cuts are used for heating in the winter.
