We are a non-profit, charitable organization, historical museum that we would like to bring virtually to schools in the area during this pandemic. This building was originally a convent built in 1914 for the Sisters of the Cross. It was used as a convent and school. We have two full floors with 11 themed rooms. Our most popular rooms are one that tells a story of the Willow Bunch Giant, Edouard Beaupré, who grew to an amazing height of 8'3. Another room containing various information about the first Metis settlers in the area, our co-founder, Jean Louis Légaré, and Sitting Bull's last stand before returning to the United States.
