This is an incomplete virtual tour of a rehab property currently under construction. The structural work is nearly completed, and finishes an upgrades need to be selected. What, if any, modifications are suggested prior to listing the property for sale? Would it be better to repaint the interior in neutral colors for listing /showing purposes, or is it recommended to offer the buyer an allowance (or lower price) for painting /other upgrades? A full remodel could result in duplicate work and added expenses to be recovered; but a finished product could result in a higher sale price. Is one choice generally more profitable than the other?
