Spellbound is 3 passionate beer geek homebrewer’s that decided it was time to take our recipes to the big leagues. The three of us (pictured below, Mike Oliver, John Companick, Scott Reading) have collectively been brewing for 50 years. We are all passionate about the craft beer movement and helping the community where we can. We focus on brewing beers that are bold representations of our favorite styles. From great everyday beers to extreme styles like imperial stouts, barleywines, and barrel aged sours. Our core year round brands are: IPA, Porter, Porter aged on Palo Santo Wood (GABF Silver and Gold!), Cherry Belgian Tripel, Peach IPA, and Pale Ale. We have a 20 barrel brewhouse, 7 – 40 barrel fermenters and 2 – 40 barrel and 1 – 80 barrel brite tanks in our main 7500 sq ft brewery. Our grain silo holds 60,000lbs of grain. We also have a 5,000 sq ft connected space for barrel aging and storage. We can our beer in house on a Cask ACS allowing us to package 36 cans per minute. Currently we distribute in most NJ counties and starting to send more beer to PA. Look for us in quality bars, restaurants, and liquor stores. We have a 1,000 sq foot tasting room to pick up growlers, bottles, 4 packs, 6 packs, cases, and sample pints of our brews.
