This interactive 360° virtual tour presents three fully developed audiovisual design scenarios for teaching and learning spaces at Plymouth University. Each scenario has been modelled to accurately represent real-world installation conditions, allowing stakeholders to visualise system layouts, coverage, and user interaction before implementation. Across the three scenarios, the tour highlights the positioning and integration of key AV components, including: Camera Systems Strategically positioned PTZ and fixed cameras are shown to capture presenters, students, and teaching zones. Sightlines and coverage areas have been carefully considered to support lecture capture, hybrid learning, and video conferencing use cases. Ceiling Microphones Ceiling-mounted beamforming microphones are located to provide full room audio coverage while maintaining a clean, unobtrusive ceiling aesthetic. Placement reflects optimal pickup zones for both presenter-led and collaborative environments. Loudspeakers Distributed ceiling speaker layouts are illustrated to ensure even sound coverage throughout each space. Speaker zoning and spacing have been designed to maintain speech intelligibility and consistent audio levels across all seating positions. Seating Layouts Various seating configurations are explored, including traditional lecture layouts, collaborative group arrangements, and flexible learning setups. These demonstrate how room usage impacts AV design decisions. Lectern and Teaching Position Each scenario includes a clearly defined teaching point, with lectern positioning aligned to camera framing, microphone pickup, and display visibility. Integration of control interfaces and connectivity is considered within each layout. Displays and Viewing Angles Screen locations and sizes are visualised to ensure clear visibility from all seating positions, supporting both in-room teaching and remote participation.
