Narrowing down the world's marvels to just seven is a troublesome assignment. Fortunately, the New7Wonders Foundation stepped up and make a rundown out of the "new " seven marvels of the world by narrowing down a rundown of 200 landmarks from around the world, including a portion of the world's most popular tourist spots. 21 finalists were chosen from this rundown, and the best seven were chosen by mainstream vote. n nNew7Wonders of the World was a mission begun in 2000 to pick Wonders of the World from a determination of 200 existing landmarks. The prevalence survey through free Web-based democratic and limited quantities of phone casting a ballot was driven by Canadian-Swiss Bernard Weber and coordinated by the New 7 Wonders Foundation (N7W) situated in Zurich, Switzerland, with victors declared on 7 July 2007 in Lisbon, at Estádio da Luz. The survey was considered informal halfway on the grounds that it was workable for individuals to project various votes.
