Our diverse properties are conveniently located in Collegetown near Cornell University, close to Ithaca College and downtown Ithaca, and along the West Shore of beautiful Cayuga Lake.

As Ithaca residents ourselves for more than 50 years, we know what it means to call Ithaca home. We are Ithaca High School graduates, Cornell parents, and Cornell alumni.
