Stigmatism and text colour

Good morning, I have a client that has a stigmatism, she finds it difficult to read different colours on different backgrounds, so the white text on a busy background provides a challenge. Would it be possible to add a feature that can be toggled in the "360 views" on the image where you write the title that allows you to "Frame Text" where text is black on a white opaque rectangle, to facilitate people with this disability? It will also be beneficial if the hotspot and text need to be placed on a white surface, it will make the text more legible.
