Candra Sudirno, an honorary teacher at UPTD SMPN 4 Sindang, Indramayu Regency, West Java, was appointed as a government employee (PPPK) teacher at UPTD SMPN 3 Sindang on April 1, 2024. Candra is an inspiring figure for many. Despite being an honorary teacher, he never stopped learning and developing his skills. In 2019, Candra participated in the Virtual Coordinator Online Training Batch 2 organized by SEAMEO (The Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization). This training taught him about the importance of digital literacy and the use of technology in education. In 2021, Candra joined the GMT (Google Master Trainer) Level 1 Batch 5 program organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek), Data and Information Center (Pusdatin) in collaboration with REFO Indonesia. This program provided him with the opportunity to learn about various Google Workspace for Education tools and applications that can be used to improve the quality of learning. After completing the GMT Level 1 program, Candra did not stop there. He further participated in the GMT Level 2 program and the Trainer Skill Assessment (TSA) for Google Workspace for Education. These programs further enhanced his ability to use technology for education. All of Candra's hard work paid off. At the end of 2022, he successfully became one of the three teachers in Indramayu Regency to receive the Google Certified Trainer (GCT) certificate. This certificate is a recognition of his competence in using Google Workspace for Education technology.
