3D Creation, Rendering and 3D Home Staging

I will design and produce a high-density residential property, in which is to cater for an average 4 family household – a middle class working family, and young children. It needs to include the basic specifications incorporated with a residential property, but also sustain the characteristics that are involved with high density areas and how combat the problem of urban sprawl. This means that the design must incorporate a kitchen, dining, storage, utilities, small backyard as well as a workspace and child friendly zones. The way this design is going to be presented is through synthetization of a design on the software of SketchUp with 2D and 3D renders generated, accompanied by documentation and vector graphics on Adobe Illustrator.
