Jesús Antonio Álvarez Cedillo is a researcher and professor at the National Polytechnic Institute and a National System of Researchers Level 1 of CONAHCYT member. He belongs to the Postgraduate Studies sections of CITEDI (Tijuana), UPIICSA (Mexico City), and CIDETEC (MEXICO). He has a PhD in Education from the University of Baja California and graduated with MAGNA CUM LAUDE; he also has a Master's degree in Computer Science from UPIICSA -IPN and is an Engineer in Communications and Electronics from ESIME Zacatenco -IPN
